Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMES:
We aim to ship your products on the same day; however, please allow 3-5 working days.

All orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday).

SHIPPING TIME:
Please note that the days indicated below are working days (Monday - Friday) and are estimates only. Delivery times can vary due to issues outside of our control. If, for any reason, your order is delayed, our customer service team will contact you at the earliest possible time after your order has been placed.

Note: If you order an item on PRE ORDER, the rest of your items will not be shipped until everything is in stock.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Before we can dispatch your order, we have to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email, you'll know that your order has been authorized.

ORDER TRACKING:
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you should receive an automated email with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
No, unfortunately, once your order has been placed, your shipping address cannot be changed.

MISSED DELIVERY
Our Delivery Service will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery, they will attempt a second time. After the second attempt, your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours. If not collected, it will be returned to us (extra charges will apply). If you'd like us to re-send the parcel, you'll be required to cover the return cost, as well as extra charges.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please note you should notify us within 72 hours from the date your order is delivered of any missing or incorrect items in your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any requests once this time has passed. Contact us at luxegelpro@gmail.com.
