We have combined our trusted No Wipe Top Coat formula with tiny white flakes. It looks beautiful with all nude and pastel shades. This top coat has no dispersion layer, so it does not require wiping with Luxe Nail Cleanser. Its consistency is similar to our Extra Shine No Wipe top coat.
